Nathan’s practice is focused on Entertainment Law, Immigration Law, and Civil Litigation. Managing and founding member of Olken Law PLLC, Nathan received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Miami in 2002. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 2006.

On the Entertainment side of Nathan's practice, he represents artists, songwriters, producers, managers, and labels in negotiating and drafting recording contracts, publishing contracts, producing contracts, artist-management contracts, television and licensing deals.

On the Civil Litigation side of Nathan's practice, he represents companies, condominium associations, and individuals in commercial litigation disputes in state court.

On the Immigration side of Nathan’s practice, he represents individuals at USCIS, ICE, and Immigration Court.

Nathan is licensed to practice law in Florida, Federal Southern District of Florida, & Immigration court.
